- Quote requests submitted through our website are not binding contracts until confirmed in writing by Gulf Lines Suez Marine
- Prices are subject to change due to fuel surcharges, port fees, currency fluctuation, or regulatory changes
- Final rates will be confirmed prior to shipment booking
3. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all cargo information, documentation, and declarations
- Prohibited or restricted goods must be declared in advance; non-disclosure may result in penalties and full liability
- You must comply with all applicable import/export regulations of origin and destination countries
- Payment terms are as agreed in writing; late payments may result in cargo holds or service suspension
4. Limitation of Liability
Gulf Lines Suez Marine's liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited in accordance with applicable international conventions (e.g., Hague-Visby Rules) and Egyptian maritime law. We are not liable for delays or losses arising from force majeure, port congestion, customs delays, or acts of third parties.

- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
